PLEASE NOTE: LifestyleDelights, LLC is not liable for any costs or inconvenience incurred due to your ability or inability to travel your itinerary, whether delay or cancellation is caused by natural or man made events. A deposit of at least one night's stay is required to guarantee your room reservation. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance in 4 equal installments due February 1, March 1, and April 1, with the final balance due by April 15, 2010. Reservations not paid in full by April 15 will be cancelled following the policy below. Reservation Installments not paid by the due dates will result in cancellation following the policy below. Cancelations received prior to 61 days before arrival - $80 processing charge. Cancellations received between 60 days and 22 days prior to arrival - One Night Penalty Cancellations received 21 days or less prior to arrival and no shows are non refundable.
