PLEASE NOTE: LifestyleDelights, LLC is not liable for any costs or inconvenience incurred due to your ability or inability to travel your itinerary, whether delay or cancellation is caused by natural or man made events.
A deposit of at least one night's stay is required to guarantee your room reservation. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance in 4 equal installments due January 1, February 1, March 1, with the final balance due by April 1, 2012 . Reservations not paid in full by April 1, 2012 will be cancelled following the policy below. Reservation Installments not paid by the due dates will result in cancellation following the policy below.
Cancellations Policy:
- Cancelations received prior to 62 days before arrival - $80 processing charge.
- Cancellations received between 61 days and 32 days prior to arrival - One Night Penalty.
- Cancellations received 31 days or less prior to arrival and no shows are non refundable.
- NO SHOWS: A Penalty of total stay will be appicable for no shows.
- EARLY CHECK OUTS: Unused nights are non refundable.
